White Fish with Lemon Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white fish
  • 1/2 cup broth or water
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp caper juice
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Mix together broth, lemon juice, caper juice and spices.
  • Add sauce mixture to a skillet with white fish and cook 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Plate fish and spoon over remaining sauce.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz protein
Phase II Variation
  • Add 2 Tbsp butter to sauce mixture.
