White Fish with Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 8 oz white fish
- 1/2 cup broth or water
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp caper juice
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Mix together broth, lemon juice, caper juice and spices.
- Add sauce mixture to a skillet with white fish and cook 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Plate fish and spoon over remaining sauce.

- Add 2 Tbsp butter to sauce mixture.
