Spicy Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz crab not imitation
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon jucie
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquie Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Steam the crab and chop into medium chunks.
  • Toss with remaining ingredients.
  • Marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz protein
Try serving over mixed greens.
