Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 cup onion, quartered

Instructions

  • Mix together all dry spices.
  • Remove skin from chicken and rub with spice mixture.
  • Add onion to slow cooker and place chicken on top.
  • Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
