Shrimp with Caramelized Onion
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 1 cup onion sliced into rings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz shrimp
- In a skillet, add water, lemon juice and Bragg Liquid Aminos and heat on medium.
- Add onion, salt and pepper and cook until onions are softened, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook, deglazing the pan with additional water.
