- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz shrimp
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- In a large skillet, add broth and garlic and heat on medium.
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and liquid is reduced.
- Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.
