- 4 cups radishes, halved
- 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- olive oil cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim the top and stem ends off and then slice them in half. Toss with seasonings and a spritz of coconut aminos. Arrange them cut-side-down on darkest sheet pan (a cast iron skillet is also good) and roast at 450°F for about 10 to 15 minutes. Tastes like oven roasted potatoes.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spritz with cooking spray.
- Add radishes and another spritz of cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat.
- Distribute radishes in an even layer and roast for 30 minutes or until fork tender.
