Blue Diamond Nut Thins
These crackers are a SHAPE Warrior favorite. They come in a variety of flavors, though only a few of the flavors are for Phases I and II. You can find the list of approved flavors in your Program Guidebook (8th edition) or in this article.
We love Bragg brand apple cider vinegar, Liquid Aminos and nutritional yeast. Apple cider vinegar is nutrient dense and great for salad dressings, Liquid Aminos can be used in place of soy sauce, and nutritional yeast adds a great salty/cheesy flavor to recipes.
Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
You can use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce. They add a wonderful salty/sweet flavor, excellent for stir-fry dishes and cauliflower “fried” rice.
Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt
