Naked Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
- 2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Optional
- olive oil cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix together all dried spices.
- Coat each chicken tender with dried spices.
- Spritz a parchment-lined baking sheet with cooking spray and evenly space chicken tenders.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
