- 4 oz lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp garlic, finely minced
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Mix ingredients thoroughly and form into 2 slider-sized patties.
- Sear in a hot frying pan over high heat, 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook to desired internal temperature. 145 degrees = medium rare; 165 degrees = well done
