Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups spinach, kale or other mixed greens
  • 6-8 oz cold water
  • 3-4 drops SweetLeaf SteviaClear, Berry, Lemon Drop or Vanilla Creme
  • pinch Celtic sea salt
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice optional
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime zest optional
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Add all ingredients except ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and continue blending until you reach the desired consistency.


1 serving = 1 serving fruit, 2 cups vegetable
