Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 15 oz can green beans, drained
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, saute beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic until meat is browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
