- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 large orange zest and juice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- segmented oranges for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Using a microplane grater, remove the orange zest and add to the pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce to a simmer until the cranberries pop and the apples soften.
- Garnish with segmented orange slices.
