Citrus Chicken Marinade
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour over chicken and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill, sauté or bake until chicken is done.
