- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 10 drops SweetLeaf SteviaClear
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup apple, diced
- In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, stevia, salt and pepper.
- Add chicken, celery and apple and mix until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes (best overnight) before serving.
1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1/4 serving fruit
