Chicken Egg Drop Soup
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos or coconut aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 egg whites lightly beaten
- 8 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 small zucchini grated
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
- In a large stock pot, add broth, Bragg Liquid Aminos, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Slowly drizzle egg whites into broth while stirring constantly in a figure-8 motion.
- Add cabbage, zucchini, onion and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender.
- Add chicken during last few minutes of cooking and heat through.
