Chicken Apple Sausage
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 apple minced
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water plus more for deglazing
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the chicken mixture into 8 round patties.
- Brown sausage patties in a hot skillet, deglazing as needed.
