- 1 large head green cabbage
- olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove outer leaf. With a large knife, cut cabbage from top to base into 3/4 inch-thick "steaks."
- Spritz each steak on both sides with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast until tender, about 30 minutes. flipping once.
