Broccoli “Chips”

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli stems, cut into thin discs or "chips"
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp lemon peel
  • 1/8 tsp fenugreek
  • 1/8 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Mix together aminos, vinegar and spices.
  • Add broccoli and let marinate 1 hour.
  • Lay chips in a single layer in a large baking dish.
  • Roast in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
  • Toss chips and roast another 20 minutes.
  • Let cool completely.
