Baked Curried White Fish

  • 4 oz white fish
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 Nut Thins finely crushed or rice crackers
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon slices
  • fresh parsley for garnish


  • Combine dry spices and cracker crumbs.
  • Dip fish into lemon juice, then crumb and spice mixture, and coat thoroughly.
  • Broil fish until fish is cooked and coating is slightly brown.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.


1 serving = 4 oz protein, 1/2 daily allotment of crackers
