Baked Curried White Fish
- 4 oz white fish
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 Nut Thins finely crushed or rice crackers
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon slices
- fresh parsley for garnish
- Combine dry spices and cracker crumbs.
- Dip fish into lemon juice, then crumb and spice mixture, and coat thoroughly.
- Broil fish until fish is cooked and coating is slightly brown.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
