- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
- olive oil cooking spray
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spritz chicken breasts with olive oil spray and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Top each chicken breast with 1 serving of apricot jam.
- Add chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
