Apple Pie Cheesecake Dip
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp SweetLeaf Stevia powder or to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the next day with freshly sliced apples, strawberries or a spoon!
1 serving = 1/2 serving fruit + amount of fruit used for serving
