- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- dash mustard powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- SweetLeaf Stevia, to taste
- In a large bowl, mix cabbage and apples together.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage and apples.
- Toss to coat and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
1 serving = 2 cups vegetable, 1/2 serving fruit
